Christmas / New Year Classes
Julie's Yoga classes will finished for the Christmas New Year break as follows,
- Last Monday Class 12th December. restarting Monday 9th January
- Last Tuesday Classes 20th December, restarting Tuesday 3rd January
- Last Thursday Classes 22nd December, restarting Thursday 5th January
- Last Friday Class 9th December, restarting Friday 6th January
...and then as normal according to the class timetable thereafter. Best wishes for Christmas and into the New Year. Namaste.
Group Classes
Gentle Mixed Ability - A mixed ability class for those who require or prefer a gentler practise. Class is taught with techniques to strengthen and improve mobility whilst aiding postural alignment and calming the mind. Taught with many options to suit both those new to yoga and those with experience. The class incorporates simpler postures (Asana), flowing sequences (Vinyasa), Basic breath techniques (Pranayama) and a led relaxation.
Active Mixed Ability - A mixed ability class for those of all ages wanting a more active and challenging yoga practise. The class is taught wit h a progressive scheme of work with many options to suit both those new to yoga and those with experience. The class incorporates Asana, Vinyasa, Basic breath techniques (Pranayama) and a led relaxation.

One to One Classes
